REST + WebSocket endpoints for programmatic War Room management.

Authentication

HMAC workspace token required. Pass token query param or compute via workspace parameter.

GET /health

Health check with active session count.

GET /ws

WebSocket upgrade endpoint for real-time debate streaming. One connection multiplexes all 4 persona streams.

GET /api/admin/personas

Read current persona configuration (system prompts and model assignments).

Query Parameters:

workspaceId (required) Workspace UUID

token (required) HMAC token

POST /api/admin/personas

Update persona prompts and model assignments in memory.

GET /api/warroom/{workspaceId}/lock-state

Check if War Room is active for a workspace, and who owns the session.

Query Parameters:

Agent API — Start a Debate Programmatically

For external agents, n8n flows, or other Multica modules. Auth via X-Workspace-Id + X-Workspace-Token headers. One debate per workspace at a time — returns 409 with a friendly error if busy. Agent-started debates are FULLY VISIBLE in the workspace UI; the human owner can intervene at any time.

POST /api/agent/warroom/start

Start a new debate. Returns immediately in async mode (default) or waits for the Arbitrator's first turn in sync mode.

GET /api/agent/warroom/session/{id}/stream

Server-Sent Events stream of debate events. Same events the WebSocket clients see (turn_start, text, tool_use, tool_result, turn_end, lifecycle). Read-only. Use POST endpoints to send messages or end.
